Surf-n-Turf with Black Angus Beef at The Window Café

 

From July to August, The Window Café will be presenting “Surf-n-Turf with Black Angus Beef” Buffet Dinner, featuring a series of tantalizing seafood delights as well as delicacies with the premium Black Angus Beef. What’s more…you may turn your meal time into entertainment by enjoying the flambé show time. In addition, a 15% discount could be enjoyed for payment made by DBS & Compass Visa credit cards. From July 4 onwards, a 20% discount would be offered for payment made by HSBC credit card, each patron may also enjoy soft drink, juice or local beer for free.

The premium Black Angus Beef is imported from reputable US producers to ensure its superior quality. By having nutrient-rich and corn-based diets, Black Angus Beef is renowned for its optimum distribution of fat and tenderness of muscle fibers, thus the meat is extremely plump and juicy. To bring out its authentic flavor, the premium meat only requires simple seasonings with salt and peppers. Beef aficionados will be delighted with the mouth-watering beef treats compliment with Boston lobster and French goose liver, including Roasted Angus Beef Tenderloin with Lobster and Teppanyaki Goose Liver and Angus Beef with Roasted Garlic.

If you go for the original taste of beef, tuck into Angus Beef Tarter with Black Truffle, which will showcase the exquisiteness and freshness of the precious meat. Don’t miss out the Slowly Braised Angus Beef Ox-tail with Sherry and Roasted Angus Beef Wrapped with Lettuce and Tamarind Sauce if you crave for a rich flavor.

Seafood lovers, please get ready to be indulged! An array of sumptuous seafood dishes will be presented. Must-tried items include: Fresh US Oysters, Alaska King Crab, Canada Snow Crab, Slowly Baked Atlanta Salmon Trout with Cajun, Baked Fillet of Garoupa Wrapped with Raisin Leaf and many more. Besides, the Pacific Scallop with Caviar on Sour Green Mango can definitely tempt your appetite during hot summer.

To amuse your five senses, Baked Jumbo Alaska in Flambé would be set up in guéridon service every day at 8pm, stay tuned and don’t miss out the show time. Have you ever imagined spiciness and sourness could be linked together with desserts? If not, you will be amazed by the Sweet and Sour Toffee Cake with Macadamia Nut and Spicy Chili Chocolate Cake with Pistachio and Almonds, which incorporate with sweetness, sourness and spiciness. Other recommendations include Pumpkin Cheese Cake, Rich Mud Cake and many more.
