Summer Mango Fiesta at Lobby Lounge of Hotel Nikko Hong Kong


Hotel Nikko Hongkong’s Lobby Lounge presents a new afternoon tea buffet starting 14 July featuring an irresistible array of specially-designed mango dishes from appetizers to hot dishes and desserts. Mango aficionados must not miss this mango fiesta!

Recommended dishes of the afternoon tea buffet include mango and shrimp cocktail - the combination of mango mayonnaise and fresh shrimps made it a wonderful appetizer to awaken your senses. Also under the spotlight is Vietnamese rice paper roll with mango dip that is crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. Mango and crabmeat Vol au vent is a flavourful dish with crunchy pastry and luscious crabmeat that is matched perfectly with the sweet and sour mango dip.

Other mango delicacies include the grilled seafood skewer with mango compote, chicken with pandanus leaves and mango, mango and ham pizza and Thai fried rice with dried shrimps and mango.

Mango lovers will surely enjoy the variety of creative desserts that showcase the sweetness of this seasonal fruit. Mango tofu mousse cake is silky smooth in texture and full of mango flavour – simply irresistible! Another special recommendation would be passion fruit mango tart, which highlights the sweetness of mango with the sourness of passion fruit.

The new Summer Mango Fiesta afternoon tea buffet is available from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays starting 14 July, at $208 per adult and $168 per child.
