Seafood Feast at EAST Hong Kong
Feast (Food by EAST) at EAST Hong Kong, introduces a new concept to entice seafood lovers for a mid week feast. As the season changes, our new executive chef, Colin Gouldsbury and his team have created something special making every Wednesday a seafood night.
Colin’s passion and expertise help to create a wide variety of seafood choices on the menu and turn a normal weeknight dinner into something different.
Colin has added new dishes to the antipasti counter as well as crispy fresh salads mixed with an array of seafood, including Salmon and Prawn Terrine, Dill, Trout and Prawns, Egg and Anchovy Mousse, Seafood en cocotte and Tuna Carpaccio. In addition to the freshly
shucked oysters, there are also cooked tiger prawns served at the seafood bar. For the main courses, Colin features a selection of five dishes chosen in turn from his list for each week, which includes Fish and Chips, Cod Florentine, Oven Fried Plaice Nicoise, Butterflied Prawns, Crab and Chilli Linguine, Blue Crab Cakes with Aioli, Fish Pie with Savoy Cabbage, Tuna with Mango Salsa, Whole Baked Snapper with Rocket and a Pineapple and Mango Salsa, Scallops or Salmon with Asparagus, Moules Mariniere along with a staple Rib Eye of Beef, for meat eaters.
For wine lovers, Feast offers an extensive list of wines to accompany the meal. Alternatively, the team will be delighted to recommend the best wine to pair with the main course
The seafood night is now available every Wednesday, priced at HK$360* per person. Children aged 12 or under enjoy 50% off.
