GOLD celebrates summer with new dishes and black truffles

 

Gold by Harlan Goldstein, has introduced a substantial selection of new dishes to the summer menu, while retaining Harlan Goldstein’s signature items. At the same time there is also the option to try dishes that showcase fantastic black diamonds, truffles, from Australia.

Harlan Goldstein was inspired by a recent trip to New York to introduce new seasonal dishes which can be found on all sections of the a la carte menu.

This includes the colourful and refreshing Harlan's Chopped Salad that features salami, provolone cheese, beetroot, red onion, heart of palms, tomatoes, radicchio and oregano dressing ($178); Chicken Meatballs ($178). ; Russian Borsch Soup ($128) and the signature Japanese Saga Pork ($388).

Other summer offerings include Portobello Mushroom Stack ($168), Slow-Cooked Italian Octopus ($188), Squid Ink Tagliolini ($228), Slow Cooked Colorado Lamb Rib ($488), French Yellow Spring Chicken ($348), and Smoked Duck & Goat Cheese Flatbread ($158).

As the King of Truffles, Harlan introduces black truffles from Australia that are currently in season. Dishes include Prime Beef Steak Tartare, Burrata Cheese, Smoked Egg and Winter Black Truffles ($248); Raw Black Porcini Mushroom Salad, Iberico 5J Ham, Melting Egg and Winter Black Truffles ($228); Hand-Crafted Tagliolini Pasta, Fresh Ovuli, Porcini and Chanterelle Mushrooms, Pecorino Cheese and Winter Black Truffles ($388); and Slow-Cooked Guinea Fowl, Parmesan Potato Foam, Chanterelle Mushrooms and Winter Black Truffles ($368).
