International Cuisine

Serving up international cuisine in its seasonal menu, this 15,000 sq. ft. two-storey dining amusement park has a little something in mind for everyone. It'll be difficult to settle on just one love in their extensive menu, perhaps it'll be two or three of your favourite worldly dishes.

Whether it is the famed Tandoori Seabass from the Tandoori show kitchen, jet-fresh raw oysters from the raw bar, a thin crust Pepperoncini from the brick oven, hand-crafted pasta from the pasta kitchen, or the signature Foie Gras Mango Hand Roll from the sushi and sashimi bar, whatever it be, it will sure put a smile on your face.

Tempting Starters

New to the salad selection is the Sesame Fried Chicken with Japanese Garden Greens. Breaded chicken thigh fillet fried to a golden crusty exterior, on the side lies a bed of fresh greens tossed in an aromatic Japanese sesame dressing. A fine choice for those who love their salad (and fried chicken).

A big love from their sushi bar needs no introduction, the Foie Gras Handroll has many fans. Pan-fried foie gras rolled up in sushi rice and wrapped in nori finished with sweet mango and avocado. Need I say more? Another great choice from the sushi bar would be the Sushi and Sashimi Combo, an assortment of premium sashimi from Japan and maki rolls make up a great sharing plate.

A fine new addition, the Teppanyaki Veggie Sushi Roll is absolutely delicious. Pan-roasted Japanese mushrooms and carrots, cucumber slivers, and shiso leaf threads rolled up in rice and nori finished with a drizzling of teppanyaki sauce and a sprinkling of roasted sesame. The smoky veggies are accented with the pan sauce whereas the shiso leaf adds that little kick. This superb veggie dose will turn any carnivore into a veggie-lover.

Something frothy and lobster to warm things up this cold evening, perhaps? The Lobster Cappuccino (available by special request) served in a cappuccino cup and saucer is a nice transition from the usual lobster bisque. Beneath the airy froth is a potent extraction of lobster. Get to the bottom of the cup where the lobster chunks settle. Discover the special touches of a clever chef where he grills the lobster on the barbecue for that extra oomph in flavour. A memorable and distinct lobster bisques.

Mains and Desserts

Whether you are a kid or a hundred years old, you will love this old favourite. The BBQ US Pork Back Ribs accompanied with crisp slender fries is a true crowd pleaser. Slow-roasted pork back ribs smothered in a smoked honey barbecue sauce, the results are fall off the bone tender. It's one of those meals where you get messy and have fun!

New to the menu is Ginger Braised Black Cod. This gently braised Black Cod fillet sits on top a grilled sushi rice patty and side dressed with Chinese winter greens, scallions and sliced chilli.  The flavours are light and well balanced, the fish is soft and tender whilst the sushi rice is sticky and gently crisp. The light gravy is as delicate as the cod itself.

To top it all off, choose from their full collection of Mövenpick ice-creams, or ask for the seasonal Warm Egg Nog Cake served with Mövenpick's Crème Brulee ice cream. Chocoholics dive into the Valrhona Chocolate Cake, it's pure chocolate heaven!

The Cherry on Top

Cafe Deco caters to all your special occasions or those just-be-it nights. Don't miss the Winter Feature Cheese Fondue. A classic winter dish great for a night out with the clan. Weekend brunch is a breath of fresh air, literally.
