Perched on the 38th floor of Hotel Panorama in Tsim Sha Tsui, Santa Lucia is a dining experience worthy to spend those significant holidays wining and dining with those special people. Introducing two festive menus this season, the Christmas Day menu and the New Year's Eve menu.
Santa Lucia is what modern dining is about. With a breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour that's greater than 180 degrees, and rooted high enough you are head-to-head with the clouds, you're dining amongst the stars while devouring traditional dishes with modern day interpretations.
Christmas Day
Spend Christmas at Santa Lucia and enjoy their 4 or 6-course Christmas dinner paired with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut N.V.
Sit back and relax while you are presented with your welcome drink. Some bubbly, perhaps? And as you sip away and take in the view, take a bite of a teasing mini Croque Monsieur in puff pastry filled with oozing cheese.
For your first course, it may be difficult to choose between the Alaskan King Crab Leg Salad or Foie Gras Duo. The pan-seared crusty Foie Gras lies on top of a zillion layer mille feuille pastry stuffed with minuscule pan roasted leeks; the Foie Gras parfait is served on smoked brioche with complements of a mustard fruit puree.

For something warm and toasty on this winter's day, the Roasted Cauliflower Soup served with a vanilla crouton and finished with a little white truffle oil, will sure make you warm and fuzzy all over.
Choose amongst the selection of Australian Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, Turkey Tasting, or Pork Duo. The Pork Duo is composed of braised pork belly, rosé caramelised shallot puree combined with Washington apples; fire roasted pork tenderloin nestled on top a pumpkin and apple chowder which nicely plays off the rosemary and herb rub.

And before dessert is served, a just-out-of-the-oven Warm Madeleine caresses the lips with its buttery texture and sweet aroma.
For dessert, a choice of the Apple Cobbler with Rum Raisin Ice Cream or a sinful martini glass Winter Trifle layered with pumpkin spice cake, freshly whipped cream, and topped off with a cranberry vanilla sorbet.

New Year's Eve
Santa Lucia has prepared a lavish menu for you on New Year's Eve. A six course menu with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Vintage 2002 for $1,288 per person or $2,010 for two.
To start, clean the palate with an Oyster Shooter doused in Grey Goose, cucumber water and lavender. Let the drunken oyster slip through your mouth, embody the aftertaste of two great things - raw oysters and vodka. Next, indulge in the Alaskan King Crab Salad before being served A Tasting of Quail trio - Quail Confit, Poached Quail Egg & Crispy Quail Skin.

The third course is nothing but of course a lux Foie Gras Duo paired with port wine & fig jam with spiced cashew.
Clear the palate with a smooth Sun Choke Soup before the main course. For your main, choose between the hearty Osso Bucco, braised veal breast and bone marrow with tomato & pine nut jam; Pan Roasted Monk Fish, Pesto Pin Wheel Gnocchi and Charred Tomato Beurre Blanc; or will it be the Australian Lamb Loin, Risotto Cauliflower, peas & carrots with rosemary shortbread.

Party up the palate with a Salted Caramel surprise followed by a choice of dessert. The Mango Diablo, coconut & lime ice cream with a fiery Tequila flambe may be a light selection, or if you are really in the mood for something more naughty (it is a special occasion isn't it) have the Pomelo Meringue Tart with both white chocolate sorbet and pomelo & thyme ice cream.
Final Thought
The warmly lit room, smooth carpet, velvet seats, and pressed linens makes you feel at home. Be pampered this Christmas or New Year's Eve by the professional staff. Just sit back and relax and be pampered this holiday season.
