From January 2012, Mandarin Oriental, Hong
Kong is showcasing a series of signature cocktails at the M bar from the Group’s hotels around the world. Each month the M bar will showcase two signature cocktails, from two Mandarin Oriental hotels around the world, which can be enjoyed whilst admiring the views over Hong Kong. Throughout the month of January, guests can also make suggestions for signature cocktails that they would like to see on the menu.

M bar will be serving ‘Memories’ from Mandarin Oriental, Geneva and ‘The Nihonbashi’ from Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo. Roseline Bruckner, creator of the ‘Memories’ cocktail will be attending the Bacardi Superior Rum Legacy Cocktail competition in Zurich later this year. The ‘Memories Cocktail’ is made from Bacardi Superior, Galliano, peach juice, lime juice, cherry syrup and fresh melon to offer a light and balanced flavour. ‘The Nihonbashi’ is a refreshing and delicate cocktail which was created to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Tokyo’s historic Nihonbashi bridge.
