Chef Mauro Uliassi will be stamping his trademark on Domani’s menu once again. The Lunch menu consists of dishes such as such as Seared Young Rooster with Porcini Mushrooms and White Lemon Cream, or Turnip Greens with Broccoli stuffed Ravioli, Lamb Ragout and Chicory Hearts. Mauro’s dinner menu takes his combination of flavours to a new and level, with delicacies on the menu such as Marche Pigeon, Amalfi Coast Anchovies, Sweet and Sour Spring Onions and Raisins and sweeter flavours such as Domani Tiramisu.
