Truffle Degustation
The Pawn's executive chef, David Tamlyn, has created a decadent tasting menu that highlights the summer truffle. The menu includes Soft Boiled Duck Egg and Asparagus 'Soldiers' with Summer Truffles and Salad; Beef Carpaccio, Pickled Quail’s Eggs, Summer Truffles and Rocket; Seared Sea Bass with Truffle Tapenade; Roast Truffle Chicken with Port Wine Gravy; and a dessert of Chocolate Truffle Cake with Butterscotch Sauce and Gold Leaf.
The tasting menu is available on its own for $580 or for $780 for wine pairings.
