Menu highlights include Lamb Loin wrapped in Leeks, Zucchini and Tomato with Pancetta, Creamed Potato and Porcini Mushroom Sauce; and Envelopes of Beetroot and Foie Gras with Truffles and Cream. La Brasserie presents a Set Dinner for Two featuring Dover Sole Rolls with Pacific Scallop, Micro Green Salad and Champagne Cream Sauce; and Seared Wagyu Beef Steak with Porcini Mushroom Sauce, Garlic Crisp, Smoked Sea Salt. Time: 6:30-11:00pm; Price: $900 per set (7 courses).

Lobby Lounge of Prince presents a Valentine’s Day Set Dinner for Two comprising, amongst others, Pan-fried Medallions of Beef Gratin with Pine Nuts and Ginger Crust served with Asian Ratatouille and Morel Jus; and Baked Eggplant Roll with Ricotta Cheese on Steamed Tofu with Green Asparagus and Black Fungus accompanied by Plum Sauce.
