Shark's Fin Buffet

 

Shark’s fin speciality dishes are featured at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel’s Cafe Marco for the months of August and September. Start with cold appetisers such as Jellyfish and Shark’s Fin with Sesame Dressing; Shark’s Fin Jelly; or Shark’s Fin with Green Papaya Salsa.

Then, choose from the selection of shark’s fin soups – Shark’s Fin with Dry Mushroom and Bamboo Broth; Shark’s Fin with Conpoy and Chicken Broth; or Shark’s Fin with Crabmeat and Sweet Corn Broth.

For the main event, dishes include Rice Paper with Shark’s Fin and Yunnan Ham; Crispy Rice with Shark’s Fin and Superior Soup; Steamed Bean Curd with Scallops and Shark’s Fin; Scrambled Egg with Shark’s Fin and Chives; E-fu Noodles with Mushrooms and Shark’s Fin; and Golden-fried Bean Curd with Preserved Vegetable, Minced Pork and Shark’s Fin.

Each diner will receive a complimentary serving of Baked Oyster with Shark’s Fin, Steamed Dumpling with Shark’s Fin in Superior Soup; or Steamed Rice Roll with Shrimp and Shark’s Fin.

The Shark’s Fin Dinner Buffet is available from 6:30pm to 11:00pm daily. Price - Monday to Thursday: Adult $328/Senior (65 or above) 238 / Child $188; Friday to Sunday, Public Holiday and Eve: $378, $278, and $218.
