Sagano is presenting both a Matsutake mushroom menu and a lunch special of Seafood salad & udon.

The “Mystic Matsutake” kaiseki includes: marinated Matsutake and steamed abalone, Matsutake and seafood teapot clear soup, charcoal grilled Matsutake and Matsutake tempura, followed by steamed rice with Matsutake in casserole. The seven course menu is available at dinner and is priced at $820pp.

The Seafood salad with cold udon set includes jet-fresh salmon, tuna and crab roe imported daily, pork cutlet skewers, seasonal appetiser, sea eel with cucumber roll and ice-cream; priced at $200 per person.
