Featuring the seasonal Kanburi and Sawara as the protagonists, Chef Sato at Nagomi (Harbour Grand Hong Kong) has specially created an eight-course set dinner menu showcasing the elaborate uses of Kanburi and Sawara. From Braised Kanburi with Radish, Kanburi Sushi, to Sawara Sashimi, Braised Sawara, “Kanburi stores fats inside the body during the winter time, the juicy flesh makes it a perfect reason to indulge in to start a new year” said Chef Sato.
Guests could also choose to savour the authentic Japanese Shabu Shabu, with the menu including Monkfish Liver Sashimi, Japanese Sea Bream and Wagyu Beef from Australia. The set menu is priced at $938 per person.
