Seasonal Crabs
Chef de cuisine, Li Shu Tim, introduces an array of seasonal crab dishes on the menu at One Harbour Road in September. Highlight dishes are Steamed Red Crab with Plum Sauce; Wok-fried Green Crab with Chilli in Tomato Egg Sauce; Casserole of Crab with Shallot, Parsley and Chilli; Steamed Red Crab with Chicken Bouillon in “Fa Du” Wine Sauce; Baked Egg with Crab Meat, and Pork and Preserved Black Bean.
