From 8 to 28 Feb, diners at Sha Tin 18 can look forward to selected Chinese New Year a la carte dishes featuring seasonal ingredients, including Wok-Fried Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk; Braised Fish Maw with Chinese Mushroom, Conpoy, Shrimps, and Scallop Casserole; Braised Pig Knuckle with Preserved Beancurd; Steamed Sweet Potato, Sweet Corn, Taro, Potato and Peanuts; and Braised Whole Conpoy with Sea Moss.
