Winter is here and so is hot pot season! For a limited time, Saboten will be introducing Japanese-inspired Soymilk Hot Pot.

Soymilk Hot Pot will be available at Saboten from December 15th, 2011 to February 29th, 2012. It will feature the Collagen Jelly with Goji Berries, specially prepared with collagen extracted from fish, which has been said to have rejuvenating effects on the skin. Toss the Collagen Jelly into the silky smooth soymilk broth to melt and simmer alongside grain-fed Kagoshima pork slices.

Soymilk Hot Pot Combo ($168) comes with grain-fed Kagoshima pork slices and fresh vegetables. Those dining with a partner may opt for the Soymilk Hot Pot Twin Combo ($398), which features not only grain-fed Kagoshima pork slices and vegetables, but also Deep Fried Hiroshima Oysters and the Fried Pork Tenderloin Roll. For a limited time only, Saboten is offering the Hiroshima Oyster Combo ($178), which includes Saboten’s original Pork Tenderloin Roll, succulent Deep Fried Hiroshima Oysters, and a juicy Deep Fried Pork Loin.
