Saboten launches the Giant Hiroshima Oyster Fair. Hiroshima is home to the plumpest oysters in Japan and fresh oysters will be flown in from Hiroshima daily to create the freshest tasting deep-fried treats.

Starting September, Saboten will be offering 3 delicious combos. The Hiroshima Oyster and Premium Pork Tenderloin Combo ($188) includes Hiroshima oysters, shrimps and Saboten’s signature pork tenderloin for a satisfying treat. The Hiroshima Oyster and Pork Tenderloin Roll Combo ($168) offers Hiroshima oysters together with another Saboten signature dish, the pork tenderloin roll. Finally, the Seasonal Twin Combo ($368) brings together the best that Saboten has to offer, which includes Hiroshima oysters, shrimps, premium pork tenderloin and pork tenderloin roll featuring 3 different fillings: cheese, asparagus and shiso & ume. The Deep Fried Hiroshima Oysters ($58 / two pieces) are also available. All of the items are deep fried to perfection and are served with Saboten’s sweet Tonkatsu sauce, which is made with onions, tomatoes, carrots, apples and over 10 different spices. Promotion runs from 1st September to 31st November only.
