Sabatini is introducing seasonal black truffles from Tasmania, Australia. Masterfully crafted items on this promotional menu are available from now to mid-August.
Black truffles pair well with beef. Premium M6 Australian tenderloin is used in Pan Fried Fillet of Wagyu with Black Truffle Potatoes and Black Truffle Sauce. The juicy pan-fired tenderloin is served with a house-made black truffle sauce and topped with slices of black truffle with white veins that indicate maturity.
Aside from seasoning use, black truffle can be a main ingredient in its own right. You can experience its intense aroma and divine earthy flavor in Risotto with Black Truffle and Fontina Cheese Fondue. Italian rice is prepared with truffle puree and parmesan cheese. A creamy Fontina cheese sauce is poured over the steamy, tangy risotto. To further intrigue your taste buds, shaved black truffles are added to showcase a more complex fragrant of the delicacy.
