Bistro on the Mile is ready to kick off the New Year with a Prawn Extravaganza promotion. With prawns taking centre stage on the buffet tables at dinner, they will feature in a variety of cuisine styles including Chinese, Thai, Indian, Japanese, and Western style. Sautéed mantis prawn with spicy salt, stir-fried prawn in tamarind sauce, prawn tikka, sweet shrimp sushi, grilled king prawn and lobster bisque are just some of a handful of the seafood options offered on a rotational basis.
