Tiffin is hosting a Peruvian Gastronomic Festival featuring guest chef Virgilio Martinez Veliz. Peruvian cuisine is famous for its diversity and European, Asian and African influenced flavours. Highlights include Seared Tuna with Sautéed Onion and Peruvian Peppers and Olives; Crab and Avocado with Yellow Chilli Pepper; Peruvian Corn Cake with Spicy Beef; Prawns, Squid and Octopus “Tacu Tacu”; Braised Sea Bass with Cilantro, Pumpkin and Pisco; Sweet Milk Sabayon with Port Meringue; Passion Fruit Tart with Vanilla and Pink Pepper Ice Cream.
