In anticipation of Pierre Gagnaire’s return in March, Pierre restaurant has introduced a new seven-course tasting menu that showcases chef Olivier Elzer’s creativity. In addition, for the first time, the menu is available in a lighter version spanning four courses. Priced at $1,488 for seven courses or $788 for four courses.
