Man Wah launches Signature Dinner Menu
Man Wah at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will launch a special ‘Signature Dinner Menu’ to highlight and showcase some of their Michelin-starred dishes from 1 February 2012.
Chef Man-Sing Lee has created a special eight-course ‘Signature Menu’ of dishes that highlight his seasonal specialties with touches of modern flair.

Marinated fresh abalone with jellyfish, Barbecued pork with honey, crispy mushroom julienne
Stir fried lobster, egg white, Scallop mousse
Steamed minced chicken pudding, seafood, bird’s nest

Hot and sour soup, superior seafood
Deep fried Japanese sea cucumber, abalone sauce
Wok fried Wagyu beef, black pepper sauce
Braised rice casserole, assorted fungus, Matsutake mushroom
Sweet red bean soup with lotus seed, mochi, sweet crispy dough

Fuding Mao Feng Jasmine 福鼎茉莉毛峰
This non-fermented Fuding Mao Feng tea is produced in Fujian Proveince of China and is a
refreshing and relaxing tea to begin the meal with, boasting a scent of jasmine.
Anqi Supreme Ti Guan Yin 安溪極品鐵觀音
Ti Guan Yin is a fermented Oolong tea that is produced in Fujian Province. It aids digestion
and has a long finishing.
Supreme Pu Er Tea Cake 特級普洱七子餅茶
This subtle and smooth black tea is from Yunnan Province and assists digestion at the end of
the meal. Pu Er tea also helps lowering blood fat and reducing bodyweight.
