Other choices include Braised Fish Broth with Barbecue Pork, Water Chestnuts, Bamboo Shoots & Bean Curd.  Mains include Steamed Fresh Lobster with Egg White & Hua Tiao Chiew or Braised Homemade Bean Curd topped with Abalone &Baby Vegetables in Oyster Sauce. Baked Mini Custard Tarts topped with Bird’s Nest or Chilled Mango Pudding provide the sweet end.
