Le Soleil launches Thai Menu

Le Soleil is full of surprises! Thai head chef Wijannarongk Kunchit from Chiangmai, has prepared a list of local Thai dishes, allowing you to sample the best of Thai cuisine.

The newly launched Thai menu includes appetizers and salads, soup and curries, seafood, noodles and rice, of course traditional dishes like Traditional Thai green curry with chicken. Green curry is one of the many famous curries in Thailand and it is the most spicy one among all the curries- spice-lovers will adore it. Mung bean noodle salad with seafood & minced pork is another dish which wins many diners’ hearts. Pork and mung bean noodle go hand-in-hand with the sour and spicy salad dressing, giving a good appetite. It is a good choice of appetizer.

Recommended seafood includes baked Boston lobster with mung bean noodles in casserole. Using mung bean noodles, pepper cook with lobster, the taste is simply wonderful, offering a distinctive dining experience. Other Thai specialties include the delicate fried minced pork and shrimp in egg-net parcels with sweet and spicy dip and crispy rice crackers with spicy dip – deep-fried rice crackers served with a dip of coconut juice, shrimp, crabmeat, minced pork and crushed peanuts, eaten with a spicy dip - the exceptional aromas and contrasting texture heavenly!

The Thai menu is available from 3 February at Le Soleil
