Kurobuta Pork Dinner
La Brasserie is presenting a 7-course Japanese Kurobuta Pork Set Dinner. The feast starts with a hot appetiser of Home-made Kurobuta Nürnberger Sausages, with Truffle Mash, Red Wine Onion, and Sweet Mustard; followed by Crispy Roasted Baby Pig and Madeira Wine Braised Pork Cheek with Apple Puree and Confit Garlic. In between the richness of the Kurobuta meat, Chilled Red Cabbage Soup with Grilled Berkshire Pancetta and Crème Fraiche. For the main event, Grilled Kurobuta Pork Chop and Braised Bacon, Pomegranate, Pine Nut Relish and Malabar Black Pepper Sauce; Roasted Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin with Organic Mushrooms, Artisan Ravioli and Truffle Cream Sauce; and Sliced Braised Pork Knuckle with Parsley Root Puree, Caramelise Beetroot, and Honey Glazed Roasted Parsnip. For dessert, Green Apple Mousse, Frozen Nougat and Manuka Honey Chips.
