Shang Palace has introduced A5 wagyu from Kumamoto to its a la carte menu, with five dishes available. To celebrate the restaurant is presenting a special eight-course set menu for the next two months.

Highlights from the menu include: Chilled Young Lobster with Mango and Avocado, Poached Sliced Kumamoto Wagyu in Chicken Broth with Celery and Bean Sprouts, and Pan Fried Kumamoto Wagyu. The menu is priced at $698 per person and includes a house-selected glass of wine or champagne.
