Sabatini Ristorante Italiano has introduced a special menu available at lunch and dinner starring the seasonal porcini mushroom. Two dish examples are raw Hokkaido scallop with porcini mushroom, black truffle on a grilled green and yellow zucchini salad; and porcini-duster sea bass with grilled fresh porcini mushroom on broccolini and lobster emulsion.
