Hotel Nikko's Cooking with Talent
Hotel Nikko will introduce a cooking class series, that it calls “Cooking with Talent”. The classes are hands-on and each participant will have their own cooking station. Held every alternate week, the 2-hour class is followed by a lunch (lunch buffet at Café Serena for European cuisine or dessert class; Chinese lunch set at Toh Lee for Cantonese cuisine lesson; Japanese lunch set at Sagano for Japanese cuisine class). Participants will also receive a complimentary apron and a $200 cash coupon for semi-buffet dinner at Les Celebrites. If you bring along a friend, both of you can enjoy 10% off the normal price, which will cost you $315. All lessons will be conducted in Cantonese.
Classes: 7 September Baked Crabmeat and Sole Fillet Wrapped in Filo Pastry; 21 September Grilled Beef Roll with Garlic and Onion, and Grilled Eel in Vinegar; 5 October Scrambled Egg White with Seafood, Papaya, Fresh Lily Bulbs and Wolfberry; 19 October Durian Mousse Cake.
