Harlan’s is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a $555 tasting menu of favourite signature dishes since opening in 2004. The dinner welcomes guests with an appetiser of Salmon Sashimi and Japanese Salad. 'Magic Mushroom' Cappuccino and Porcini Cookie introduces a favourite pasta course of Hand-crafted Penne with Sweet Onion, Tomato Cream, Russian Vodka and Parmesan. Main course is a choice of the signature Wood-Stone Roasted Tuscan Beef Steak with Rocket and White Truffle Dressing or Roast Spring Chicken with Chicken Sausage with Rocket and Pancetta Mushroom Sauce. A Valrhona Warm Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Soup and Rum Raisin Ice-Cream completes the celebration, served with coffee or tea.

In addition groups of five are treated to complimentary oyster or appetiser platters.

During the anniversary month, there is also an extensive selection of premium wines and champagnes from the years 2000 to 2006 at 50% discount.
