H one's 3rd Anniversary
In celebration of its 3rd anniversary, a gratis dessert fiesta is on offer to all guests dining at H one in the evenings (valued at $138). A special selection of 33 specialty desserts will be showcased during the promotional period. Additionally featured is a live station serving up a selection of desserts on rotation during this period, including Crepe Suzette, Cherry Jubilee, Mini Soufflés, Baked Alaska , a delectable Chocolate Fountain and much more.
The anniversary celebrations from now until 15 December allows diners to indulge in a 4-course 3rd Anniversary tasting menu featuring premium, perfectly marbled mid-western beef with oysters, priced at $698. The feast begins with a choice of appetisers including freshly shucked oysters, antipasto of the day; Wood-stone Roasted Pink Shrimps or a vegetarian combination of Roasted beets, Italian Pear, Organic Salad, Candied Walnuts and Gorgonzola Dressing. Introducing the main course are four entrée options -- Oyster Cream Soup, Pan-fried Foie Gras, Hand-crafted Orecchiette Pasta with Sea Scallops or Home-made Fettuccine with Wild Mushrooms and Truffle Sauce.US beef choices for main course are Centre Cut Prime Beef Fillet (12oz), Home-smoked USDA Prime Sirloin (14 oz) or Big H Cut Rib Eye Steak (24oz for two). Alternatively, Australian Wagyu Prime Rib (42oz) can be served to a table for three. Guests can alternatively opt for Double Wagyu Lamb Rib (14oz), Organic Free-Range Chicken, Boston Lobster or Cajun-spiced Chilean Sea Bass.
A 50% discount is also being offered on selected fine wines and champagnes from some of the world's most admired chateaux.
