Signed with Love at Gaylord Indian Restaurant
For 40 years, Gaylord has offered a wide variety of scrumptious Indian delicacies and Valentine’s Day is no exception. From February 10-14, Gaylord captures the hearts and taste buds of couples with a Royal Lovers Feast ($298 per person) complete with matching henna tattoos.
Offering an assortment of Indian specialties, we feature crispy Chicken Samosas, mouth-watering Lamb
Seekh Kebab and Salmon Tikka as starters. For mains, experience a burst of flavours in a serving of our
Goan Fish Curry and the best-selling Lamb Rogan josh. Pair these with some aromatic Saffron Pullao and
you’re set to indulge. We also serve freshly-baked Pudina Paratha to match the Saag Paneer (Spinach
Paneer) and Dal Makhani (Black lentils simmered on slow fire with butter and spices) that comes
together with main course. As for dessert, our chefs have prepared a traditional Rasmalai. Soaked in
lush strawberry cream compote, this Indian treat made of cream cheese moulded into heart-shaped
puffs provide a sweet touch to the end of this meal.
Aside from a having an exotic dinner, couples who dine with us on Valentine’s Day can partake in
Mehndi, an amusing Indian tradition. On the night of February 14, Gaylord invites a skilled artist to apply Mehndi designs on the palms of couples for free.
Note: This menu is available from February 10 – 14, 2012. Complimentary rose and Henna tattooing
are available on February 14 only. Bookings must be made at least two days in advance.
