Festive Lunch Menus
Morton’s of Chicago is serving a choice of three Christmas season set lunch menus priced from $295 to $550 per person. The three set menus all include a choice of starter from the Morton’s Salad with blue cheese dressing, chopped egg and anchovies or classic Caesar Salad. At $295 per person, the set lunch includes a choice of entrée from Roasted Boneless Prime Rib served with Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Garlic Green Beans or Chicken Christopher served with Garlic Beurre Blanc Sauce and Mashed Potatoes. The second set lunch option priced at$475 pp features a choice of four entrees including Single Cut Filet Mignon with Béarnaise Sauce, Grilled Salmon with Beurre Blanc Sauce, Jumbo Lump Cake with Mustard Mayonnaise Sauce or Chicken Christopher with Garlic Beurre Blanc Sauce all served with Mashed Potato and Sautéed Garlic Green Beans. At $550 pp, the third menu option includes the Single Cut Filet Mignon with Béarnaise Sauce plus a choice of Broiled Sea Scallops, Colossal Shrimp Alexander or Jumbo Lump Crab Cake all served with Twice Baked Potato and Steamed Broccoli. All menus are finished with a choice of either Key Lime Pie or Double Chocolate Mousse.
