Peter Find, Wynn Macau's Director of Culinary operations and chef has created a limited time menu that showcases classics from Europe, in a menu specially created to culminate the Wynn Chef Series. Only available from March 1 to 14 at Wynn Macau's Café Esplanada, Peter Find's a la carte menu features Pan roasted scallops served on warm potato-pesto salad, Potato coriander soup with shrimp, Linguini pasta served with oysters, leek and pancetta, Salmon filled with crabmeat served with celery, Dover Sole Meunière and Entrecote Café de Paris.
