Michelin-chef Richard Ekkebus has created dishes featuring seasonal ingredients with a unique modern twist. The hotel’s popular wine lunch features six courses paired with champagne and six specially selected vintages. The six-course Easter wine lunch with seven wines is priced at $648 per person.
