Cooking Classes for Kids

This summer Langham Place is launching international cooking classes exclusively for kids. Ming Court’s Michelin star chef Tsang Chiu King will teach how to make contemporary Chinese dim sum. The next lesson is led by Tokoro’s chef de cuisine Takanori Hirayama; kids will learn the art of making sushi and maki. Pastry chef Teddy Arcon will teach kids how to whip up his favourite raisin cookies and tiramisu. And executive sous chef Giovanni Pugliano teaches the art of home-made pasta.

Twelve seats are available for each cooking class and all kids will receive ‘diplomas’ personally signed by each chef.  Reservations are essential and can be made by calling 3552 3366.

Date: 25 July – Chinese dim sum: pork with vegetable wontons and crispy mango rolls
1 August – Sushi and maki
8 August – Raisin cookies and tiramisu
            15 August – Home-made pasta
Time:    3:00pm – 4:30pm
Price:    $900 for all four classes, $270 for individual classes
