Sizzle up this Summer at Kowloon Shangri-La
Crack the Crab at Café Kool
For the month of July, diners can satisfy their cravings for fresh and tender crabmeat at Cafe Kool during dinner buffets. A fantastic array of choices - from flower crab to mud crab, green crab to soft shell crab - all will be cooked à la minute at our live stations to the guest's liking. There are 5 suggested ways of cooking: Malaysian hot and spicy crab soup; sautéed crab with curry sauce in Thai style; sautéed crab in Typhoon Shelter style; Vietnamese deep-fried soft shell crab; sautéed crab and stir fried turnip cake with XO sauce in clay pot.

Summer Gets Hotter at Nadaman
Between 5 and 31 July, Chef Kojima turns up the heat at Nadman with creations using Thai, Korean and Sichuanese spicy ingredients. The special dishes include:
- Cold tofu bean curd with home-made spicy chilli sauce
- Thinly sliced fresh sea bream capriccio with tomato salsa dressing
- Spicy shrimp tempura sushi roll with red chilli mayonnaise
- Deep-fried potato and shrimp kakiage with tomato chilli paste
- Grilled silver cold fillet with kochukaru sauce
- Cold somen noodles flavoured with minced chicken and dopanjar sauce
- Grilled kamo-nasu eggplant and sliced beef with Nadaman komiyaki sauce
