To start the night, chill out with a Seafood Platter to share (crayfish, prawns, crab legs, mussels, clams, scallops, smoked salmon rolls, shrimp gazpacho with cocktail sauce and lemon), followed by Bouillabaisse with scallop mousse and saffron rouille. Diners can then choose 2 mains from Braised perch with spinach, white bean- tomato ragout and radish salad or Pan-fried whole sole with porcini, parsley pesto and hazelnut or Beef tenderloin with parsnip puree pearl onions and blue cheese fritter.
