New Season Menu at Bella Vita
Bella Vita’s new menu features a selection of authentic dishes from Tuscany. Tuscan specialties feature a variety of seafood. Poached Boston lobster medallion with white wine butter, vegetable tartare and salmon roe ($328) has rich flavour and firm texture. The combination of ingredients used in scallop carpaccio with asparagus and strawberry salad, sturgeon caviar and Maldon sea salt ($268) takes your taste buds on a tour of flavour.
Other seasonal dishes include Sorrento lemon risotto “Acquerello” with veal ragout ($238); Gnocchetti with spicy calamari, cherry tomato and cuttlefish ink sauce ($268); Pan fried Chilean sea bass with white wine butter and parsley, gratin ratte potato puree and balsamic vinegar ($298); The “Peposo delo’ Impruneta”, ancient Tuscan recipe with braised beef in Chianti red wine, served with mashed potato and baby carrot ($298); and Jumbo prawns and Sicilian scampi with orange and rucola salad ($498)
