Yee Tung Heen, is featuring the Chinese autumn delicacy, hairy crab, with a special menu available during both lunch and dinner. Dishes include Baked Prawns and Eggplant with Hairy Crab Meat Sauce and Herbs, Braised Sliced Pumpkin and Fish Maw with Hairy Crab Meat Sauce, and Baked Scallop with Hairy Crab Meat Sauce. 
Also, two hairy crab set menus are available during the promotion period. For $488 per person (minimum two persons), guest can enjoy Chicken Broth with Shark’s Fin, Steamed Hairy Crab in Traditional Style and a choice of one main dish. Priced at $2,888, the set menu for four includes Double Boiled Shark Fin’s Soup with Sea Whelk and Bamboo Pith served in Young Coconut, Steamed Hairy Crab in Traditional Style, Braised Whole (33 heads) Abalone with Vegetables in Oyster Sauce, Steamed Fresh Spotted Garoupa. Both sets are served with one glass of house Hua Diao per person.
