T'ang Court has created a CNY menu with beautifully prepared, traditional, festive dishes, to enjoy with family.  Dishes such as: stewed sliced abalone with seasonal vegetables, braised shark's fin with crab meat and crab roe and sautéed sliced lobster and scallops with red and yellow bell peppers will be available from 14-20 February.
