Valentine’s Day is extra special this year as it falls on the First Day of the Lunar New Year. Thus, Azure’s culinary team led by Joe Chu & Ryan Yang have created a special “East Meets West” experience, including a children’s menu to make the day a family affair.

The menu includes a personalised bottle of “CUPIDS Love Bite” Moet Rose Champagne and a heart-shaped champagne stopper as a gift to take away if you cannot finish the bottle! Menus are priced per couple and start from $1,488 (4-courses) & $1,688 (6-courses) while the children’s menu is $188 per child (3-courses) including unlimited fruit juice or soft drinks. A special Valentines & Lunar New Year portrait photo will be taken prior to dinner and presented in an exclusive leather frame to all reservations as Azure’s gift to commence the Year of the Tiger.

For the adults there is Pan-fried Foie Gras with Caramelised Figs, House-made Beetroot Salmon & Peppered Rose Swordfish (Salmon Caviar, Wasabi Mayo & White Balsamic Tomato), Tempura Quail with Jicama, Celery, & Cucumber Herb Salad (Golden Leaf, Blood Orange Jelly & Lemongrass Cream), Seafood Chowder (Cauliflower Cream & Beetroot Puree), Pan-fried Wagyu Beef Tenderloin (Shimeji Mushroom, Scallop & Fuzzy Melon), Fresh Grilled Half Boston Lobster )Truffle Butter Sauce, Dill Seafood Pancake & Lime Crème Fraiche), Hokkaido Scallop & Alaska King Crab Risotto (Saffron & Chive Cream Sauce), and Swan Lake (Green Tea & Red Cherry Ice Cream).

Children will enjoy Minestrone Soup with Turkey Salad, Party Platter (Spaghetti Bolognese, Mini Angus Beef Burgers, Chicken Nuggets, French Fries), and Two Scoop Ice Cream Sundae or Fresh Seasonal Fruit Salad, plus hot chocolate and petit four.
