Valentine's Day 2010 at 798 unit & co. comes in the theme of a tasting journey.
Two 6-course menus are presented - Romance and Fantasia - leading diners thru various levels of taste sensation, from amuse bouche, starter, soup, pasta, entree to dessert (of course!)

The Romance Menu is priced at $448 per person and includes home-cured salmon & smoked trout mousse; swordfish carpaccio; veloute of fresh garden peas with mint foam; cappellini with fried capers, garlic & chilli; oven-roasted barkers creek pork loin with granny-smith apple salad, grilled pineapple & apricot honey OR soy-sake glazed Alaskan black cod with smoked eggplant salad; and panna cotta with malt, strawberry & cocoa toppings.

The Fantasia Menu is priced at $648 per person and includes oyster shooter with lime-wasabi granita; sea scallop & smoked eel with baby fennel & pomegranate salad; pigeon consommé and its seared breast; linguine with sea urchin & shrimp roe; Wagyu beef with truffled potato pancake & roasted figs OR oven baked maine lobster in a broth of clams & chorizo; and grand marnier soufflé.

In a tasting journey, couples can either share the same experience when they both select the Romance or Fantasia Menu;
or discover up to 12 taste sensations with a different menu each!
