Join the winemaker and owner of Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou, St. Julien, Bordeaux, Mr. Bruno Borie, for a fine wine dinner at The French Window, featuring all top wines (highly rated by Robert Parker) including a not-to-be-missed Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou 1961 (WA 96 pts). This is a one day only event on 6 March and consists of a six-course menu with seven tasting wines for just $2280 per person.

The fine wine dinner voyage will begin with a cocktail reception, tasting Lalande de Borie 2005 (WA 90 pts). Then, Mr. Bruno Borie and our head chef Mickael le Calvez will lead diners to savour six different wine pairings, including the signature Beef Carpaccio Rossigny to pair with La Croix de Beaucaillou 2006 (WA 87 pts), Black Trumpets Creamy Polenta, Parsley Butter to pair with Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou 1961 (WA 96 pts) and Roasted Bresse Pigeon, Beetroot Confit, Spiced Red Wine Sauce to pair with Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou 2003 (WA 96 pts) and Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou 1995 (WA 94 pts).
