Chef Régis Marcon of the three-star restaurant of Restaurant Regis will be guest chef at Amber for three nights only. Cooking Classes Extended
In response to keen demand, Chef Mum from Thai & Grill has added four extra Thai Cooking Classes on 29 May, 5, 12 and 19 June. Featuring three signature dishes per class.
