Christmas Eggnog (recipe brought to you by Island Shangri-la Hotel)
Ingredients:
Egg Yolk (Pasteurized) 1.5 oz
Home-made Vanilla Syrup 1 Soup spoon
Milk 3 oz
Cognac (Hennessy VSOP) 0.5oz
Whisky (Canadian Club) 0.5oz
Method:
1. Pour the Cognac and Whisky into a glass.
2. Heat up the milk and home-made vanilla syrup to 80 degrees.
3. Turn off the fire and add in the egg yolk, stir well.
4. Pour the mixture into the glass.
5. Garnish with ground nutmeg.
