Newly-opened in Tsim Sha Tsui, Popway Hotel is the latest in a line of small, boutique hotels that offer a personalized experience. The jewel of the hotel is their food outlet, named Uptop Bistro & Bar, which is located on the top floor and boasts fabulous views overlooking the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong.
