This time around, we have gone one floor up, to Vasco where chef Paolo Casagrande and his team of chefs pull off gorgeous plates with Basque influence.
Operated by the same team which opened Bistro du Vin and le Port Parfum, Risi e Bisi is the latest in Kau U Fong. The well-stocked bar greets you with a fine collection of wine, spirits, and whiskeys. Look for small plates and off-menu specials to go with matching cocktails.
Collaborating with Dining Concepts, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is now on soft opening stage, with chef Gilles Bosquet honing his skills as head chef here in the Hong Kong branch. Grand opening of Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is set for September 18.
