Finally, the wait is over! After months of renovation and anticipation, InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong’s Mistral has taken a new look, and that doesn’t only include its newly refurbished interiors, but also a new direction to the scrumptious Italian dishes that delights the guests who pays Mistral a visit.
The hunt has begun. For a limited time in October, the contemporary European restaurant of The Mira Hong Kong, WHISK, gives a taste of this season’s authentic, ethical and sustainable wild game from the organic Rhug Estate farm in the United Kingdom.
Celebrated chef, restaurateur and member of Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe Tommaso Arrigoni of Innocenti Evasioni, in Milan, Italy, will make a guest appearance at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong’s Angelini, alongside resident Angelini Chef Marco Medaglia, between 24 and 28 September 2014 to showcase his culinary skills with a specially designed menu.
