El Mercado brings refined Nikkei dining to Hong Kong. No, we are not talking about the Japanese stock exchange. Nikkei dining reflects the long heritage of Japanese culinary influences in Peruvian cuisine – and vice versa.

Renowned French-Vietnamese restaurant, Le Soleil at the Royal Garden, has prepared a new and stylish afternoon tea set. The set features the restaurant’s signature Vietnamese savory refreshments such as Vietnamese chicken and cabbage salad, crispy-fried Saigon spring rolls and steamed rice flour pouches. It also includes items with a creative touch, such as rice paper rolls with crab meat, and wax apple and rice cracker with lobster and green mango.
