If you have been to SPOON at InterContinental Hong Kong, you must have sampled the stylish dishes of Alain Ducasse, who also shares great passion over chocolate as well. “Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse” is the acclaimed chef’s own line of chocolates made from cocoa beans sourced from different regions and terroirs around the world, and for the first time this special line of chocolates are featured in a festive afternoon tea set, with sweet treats designed by Cyril Dupuis, executive pastry chef of InterContinental Hong Kong.

PIRATA is latest Italian addition to Wanchai. Guests will be greeted with Asia’s first Vermouth bar, with over 20 different varieties of Vermouth on offer. The restaurant below the bar offers homely Italian dishes including Lasagna, a spinach-filled Tortelloni and salt-baked fish.

Gianni Caprioli, Chef/Owner of Giando has a new restaurant. His new place, appropriately named EAT.it. An over 6000 sq. feet of restaurant space can seat up to 160 guests who can enjoy self-serve dining by visiting different booths ranging from espresso bar, pizza, panini, and pasta stations.
