Celebrated chef, restaurateur and member of Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe Tommaso Arrigoni of Innocenti Evasioni, in Milan, Italy, will make a guest appearance at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong’s Angelini, alongside resident Angelini Chef Marco Medaglia, between 24 and 28 September 2014 to showcase his culinary skills with a specially designed menu.


“Pho Hoi An” is the latest addition to the Mikiki mall in San Po Kong. Named after Hoi An, a heritage town in Vietnam known for its rich history of trade, the restaurant’s signature dishes captures light and clean flavours.


Celebrated chef Bryan Nagao’s new restaurant “Town” opens at Cubus, Causeway Bay, with sharp focus on organic meats and local produce, chef Nagao combines elements of French, Italian, Hawaiian and Japanese cuisines in all of his signature dishes.
